Use roller on clean skin at least five minutes at a time. For a gentler massage, apply face oil or serum. Repeat the following motions five times: Roll outward under jawline, outward along eyebrows, and up over forehead. Always roll in one direction, never forward and backward. Roll from middle of face upward and outward for a calm, relaxing sensation. For Gua Sha massager, repeat the following motions five times: stroke upward from middle of chin and outward toward earlobes, upward along forehead, outward along cheekbones, outward along lips, and upward on neck.
