RETURNS OF STORE PURCHASES
RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPTS
We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, on garments, swimwear (with hygienic seal) and beauty products, with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, merchandise may be exchanged only.
Discounted “Final Sale” merchandise is not eligible for refund or exchange. Undergarments are Final Sale for hygienic reasons. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygienic seal is not in place or has been broken. All Merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition.
For designer items purchased in our stores, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for full refund within 7 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. After 7 days or without a receipt, merchandise may be returned for an exchange only at the last activity/sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower.
RETURNS WITH NO RECEIPTS
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may only be returned with a valid photo ID. Merchandise returned without a receipt may be exchanged only at the last Activity/Sale price OR the current selling price, whichever is lower.
Valid photo identification includes: driver’s license, state ID card, passport or military/government ID.

H&M Gift Cards, undergarments and Final Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
