RETURNS OF STORE PURCHASES
Returns with original receipts
We offer an exchange or refund, by the original payment method, on garments, swimwear (with hygienic seal) and Beauty products with a receipt within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days refunds will be issued as a store credit at the purchase price in the form of a merchandise credit. Without a receipt, refunds will be issued as a store credit, at the last Activity/Sale price OR the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of a merchandise credit card. Under garments, are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
Discounted “Final Sale” Merchandise and Gift Card Purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. All Merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition.
VALID PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ALL NON-RECEIPTED RETURNS.
A Valid identification is required for non-receipted returns. Valid identification includes: driver’s license, state ID card, passport or military/ government ID.

Returns without a receipt
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned with a valid photo ID. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be refunded at the last activity/ sale price or the current selling price, whichever is lower, in the form of a merchandise credit usable on future H&M Store purchases.
Gift Card purchases and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased at our H&M Stores to H&M Online.
