For purchases made on or after February 17, a fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund for all mail-in returns. You may return online purchases to any H&M store for free.

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you'd like to make a return or exchange, visit any H&M store in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) with a valid receipt and tags attached, or register your return in the Returns Portal online.
Please note: A flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from all mail-in returns of online purchases. In-store returns are always free.

Helpful information about refunds
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Online returns sent back to our warehouse must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns past 30 days in stores or online.
The return shipping fee of $5.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If paying by gift card issued by a financial institution, please retain the card until you have made all returns as any refunds will automatically be applied to the card used for the purchase.
