You are about to leave H&M Online and start a full data erasure process; please read the below carefully so you understand what to expect by initiating this request.

You'll not be able to log in to your account once the process starts. The erasure request is password-protected which means only the account holder can initiate the process. 

Your account will be erased, meaning that personal data related to you will either be removed, anonymized or pseudonymized.

Please note that your personal data may not be erased straight away for reasons such as H&M internal business rules and/or legal requirements. Until these rules are satisfied, your data will not be erased, and you will not be able to use the same email address to register a new account. You are always welcome to visit your local stores or shop with us via guest checkout at any time.

Benefits:
Just so you know, triggering this process will cancel your membership, which means that your points will expire, and you will lose all access to the following loyalty program benefits:

- You will no longer earn bonus rewards 

- You will no longer receive exclusive member offers & prices 

- You will no longer receive free shipping & free online returns

- You will lose exclusive access to special events
