I originally bought these in the nude which I loved. I'd agree it's medium shaping and I don't have too much trouble with it rolling down at the top -the hold is pretty good. They're comfy and can't see panty lines. Some of the seams came apart in my previous purchase, despite not that frequent of wear. I also wash them on gentle cycle or hand wash in cool/cold water and hang dry ... so lasting power in terms of quality may not be long. I still love them though.

Ooomg~ this is it! I love this underwear, my bum looks cute, my waist looks just perfect! As a mom, we try to look like we have tiny bit of shape. But anyway lets focus on waist!!! Order your regular size, but if you want little bit lift tight on your waist - then size down. I wear M and S depends on brand or material, but I ordered size S. And it’s perfect amount of tightness on my waist. I’m ordering more of them before its out of stock...

I typically wear a size S and I bought a size S, not super shaping but still gives that nice hug. I wouldn’t size down personally because I think it would be too tight in the undercarriage but if you are REALLY looking for that snug fit I suppose you could size down.

I sized up because H&M stuff usually runs small on me but for some reason these were actually true to size so I’d recommend getting your true size. For size reference I am 160lbs 5’9” and I ordered an XL but there is some gapping at the waist before washing.

First time buying a pair of these from H&M, I’m not disappointed but I did expect a bit less of my tummy. I do love wearing these under pants that are loose and they aren’t uncomfortable to wear with tight jeans. Maybe I should have gotten a size smaller.

Yes and no, good tummy control, rolls down a bit, but worst of all, a “leg gripper” of elastic (attached along the leg opening) ripped on very first try, I mean the whole hem thing. This is the second time an undergarment from hm ripped on the first day.

Ideal high-waist underpants for tummy control and a seamless look. Very comfortable. I usually wear size small or 6 for H&M pants and I got these in a size medium. They fit perfectly on. For reference, I'm 5'2, medium built, hourglass and 123lbs.

Doesn’t stay up at all! So uncomfortable when you’re out and about and it rolls down inside! Lol imagine not being able to roll it back up or do anything! You just have to stand there all uncomfortable because your thing rolls down on you :/

It's difficult to rate this since I'm not sure if the sizing is off, the fabric was too "shaping", or if I just ordered the wrong size for me. The fabric though seemed stiff, not soft or smooth, so that's what I'll rate 3 stars.

Very skeptical but shook at the quality and softness. I typically get a large in underwear for comfort but since these are shape wear i went with a medium. Support is great. True to size or go with the smaller of your 2 sizes.
