Love this too but need to exchange for medium. Runs a tad on the smaller side, so if you are in between sizes like I am, go with the larger. Quality is great as well!

wanted to like it, but the shoulders don't sit correctly . Looks like it's trying to be a puffy sleeve but isn't.
