For reference, my 21 month old weighs about 23 pounds and is 2' 9". These fit him perfectly and comfortably in the waist. They are a little short or exactly the right length.

Cute, durable, nice fitting leggings. I like that they are not too tight on my toddler’s chubby legs, she remains in the upper 90th percentiles at 18mo for all measurements.

I ordered 9-12mo and received 2T… by the time I got them in the mail the 9-12mo was sold out. Cute pants but frustrating that my little girl won’t get to wear them.
