Ok. So quality is 5 stars. Sizing is not. They have this notification on the page saying their sizing has changed and to check the size chart (because their sizes *used* to be weird)…Just order your child’s usual size and you’ll be fine. The foot length measurements they have listed are waaaaay off. They have the foot measurements for a size 9 listed for size 11, size 8 for size 10, etc. so when you order an 11, based off their size chart even though your child wears a size 9 literally everywhere else, they will be positively swimming in the shoes from HM.
