Recommend buying your size, it’s true to size. I bought a size up (medium) because I didn’t want it to be too tight on my belly by the end of pregnancy and while it fits very comfortable, it is constantly falling down while I am moving. I am 31 weeks as well, so definitely could have gone with small

Nice material and they look great
Sheer tights developed with Sheertex® patented rip-resist technology that provides long-lasting durability. Ultra strong, yet soft and comfortable on skin. Wide, elasticized waistband for extra support and a comfortable, adaptable fit through the different stages of pregnancy. Similar to 30 denier. If you notice lines in your tights, it may be due to the fibers being unevenly gathered and twisted. To smooth the fabric, firmly pull on both sides of the line and gently massage the area.
