Major issue in the construction of these curtains, I don't think these are a viable product, unfortunately. The material that the curtain itself is made out of feels very high quality. It is a soft, heavy, tight-weave linen blend that feels and looks expensive. However, the fabric has a natural stretch which is to be expected, therefore the 98" linen curtains end up stretching 2-4" inches longer once hung. Unfortunately, the blackout lining does not have the same stretch, and it is sewn the whole length of the curtain. That means the middle of the curtain is free to stretch longer, and the side seams are confined to stretch only as much as the lining does. This means the curtains are permanently wrinkled and taught on the edges, pulled up off the ground several inches, while the middle sags. This is not as much of an issue with the unlined curtains, which I have purchased several of.
