She loved these bell bottoms. Must be popular at school now. She been asking me to buy more like this. Waist is adjustable. 7-8 fitted just right. An inch too long at the bottom but it’s fine over chunky runners.

These are great! finally found pants that are actually long enough on my 5 year old and not falling off the waist (perfect for girls who are slim in the waist and long legged).
