5’2”. Average weight. Carry my weight in midsection. Size L. Returning. And very sad to do it. Straps were too long for me in a large. The were good in a small and perhaps passable in a medium. But I couldn’t zip a small. Large zipped with comfortable room to spare. I didn’t get to try to zip a medium. I LOVE the look of this dress. It’s so pretty and fun. The pattern is pulled off well. The fabric is light and cool for summer. This dress isn’t cut for my shape? I don’t know whose shape. Maybe good for short waisted girlies? The waist hit me near my rib cage, in both small and large, the front of the dress, where the solid top meets where the pattern starts, is sewn in a “v”, which causes the fabric to jut out (faux baby bump anyone?). If you like it, TRY it. If it fits! I think you’ll be happy.
