This dress is sooo cute and perfect for the summer, however, the flared skirt at the bottom is a little funky. I would say this dress runs true to size, BUT if you have any hips/curves, the line right where the skirt flares will be tight at your legs then really loose up top. I wish it was just loose all around! For reference, I'm 130-135 lbs, 5'3", small bust, athletic build.
