Very cute, not see-thru. Ordered a small and is fitted on me but not tight. For reference, I am 5'0" weight 110 - 119 lb, chest across is 32 inches, I find H&M usually runs small on me.

The kind of cotton is the kind that stretches. I wanted a baby look T and I ordered a size medium and feel it was too baggy for me.
