3) Once you've placed an order, we will notify you via email and text message when your order is ready for pickup.
4) Bring your ID and notification email to pickup your order.
To check if Free In-Store Pickup is an option for you, check the product page of the item you’re interested in. All eligible products will have the option "Free same-day pickup in-store" noted on the product page.
Please note, for the time being, this service is only available in select store locations only. We are working on expanding this service to a store near you! Currently, we offer in-store pick up in the following states:

If you place your order by 4pm, it will be ready for pickup on the same day. After 4pm, it will be available for pickup the following business day. We will notify you when it's ready.

For orders that will be available for pick-up at our lockers, please make sure you bring the code to access the lockers.
You will have 3 days to pickup your order. If you do not pick up your order within the 3 days, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
Your phone number is collected at checkout so we can update you on your order or delivery status. Please check our terms & conditions here on how text communication is used.
Your email notification that you receive when your order is ready for pickup will specify which department and floor you can find your order.
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order on your behalf. Forward them the pick-up confirmation email containing the pin code. You must also provide them with your photo ID or credit card to pick up the order. Screenshots of your photo ID or credit card are not accepted.
Once your order has been placed, no adjustments can be made, including cancellations. However, all orders that do not get picked up within the 3-day period will get cancelled and you will not be charged. This applies to all items using free in-store pickup only.
On the product page, our Free same-day pickup in-store option will display on eligible products. You can select this option to find your nearest store offering this service.
Once you've added an item to your cart using the free in-store pickup option, this will be the prioritized shipping method and all items within your cart will be updated to in-store pickup as well. If an item is not available at the selected store location, then you have the option to ship that item to your home at checkout. Your order can only contain items from a single store to pickup from. If you want to pickup from multiple stores, you’ll have to place separate orders.
Yes, orders placed using free in-store pickup can be returned in stores only. Returning your items by mail is not available at the moment. Please refer to the delivery note that was included with your pickup order for instructions on returning in stores.
You will be charged once you've picked up your order from the store.
