Why do I need to provide my phone number when placing an order online?

Your phone number is collected at checkout so we can update you on your order or delivery status. Please check our terms & conditions here on how text communication is used.

Where in the store should I go to pick up my order?

Your email notification that you receive when your order is ready for pickup will specify which department and floor you can find your order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order on your behalf. Forward them the pick-up confirmation email containing the PIN code and order number, and have them present both the email and their ID at the store.

Free In-Store Pickup

Here's how free in-store pickup works:

1) This service is only available at select stores. To check if Free In-Store Pickup is an option for you, check the product page of the item you’re interested in. All eligible products will have the option "Free same-day pickup in-store" noted on the product page.

2) If you place your order by 4pm, it will be ready for pickup on the same day. After 4pm, it will be available for pickup the following business day. You won’t be charged until you pick up your order and we will send you an email and text message once your order is ready for pickup

4) Bring your ID and the debit/credit card used if applicable (no photos or screenshots accepted) and notification email to pickup your order. If you’re picking up your order at a locker, be sure to have your locker code handy.

5) Your order will be held for 3 days. If you do not pick up your order within the 3 days, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.
