I wear a 33W and read comments that the S/M ran big so I got the S/M. The belt stretches so it helps with the length, but I probably should've gone with the next size up. Also, I'll give the picture 5 stars. The actual finish of the belt is very nice, but just not great for 5 stars. Still a great purchase for the price.

It is a little big on me, it would be a little better if they had a separate Small and Medium size for people with smaller waists. But it’s a good style and the quality is good as well. Besides me having to tighten the belt it’s a good belt.
