Ok so I am 145 lbs, 5'9 almost 5'10 but these pants was kinda long. Its also kinda baggy but I already knew it was gonna be like that when buying. I have purchased some other pants from H&M all being size M (they all fit me perfectly) and for some reason this one felt like a size L or even XL. SO if you normally wear size M I would say go one size down :)

Loose-fit pants in soft cotton twill with a generous but not oversized silhouette. Elasticized, drawstring waistband, mock fly, side pockets, and an open back pocket. Pleats above and below knees for added freedom of movement.
