I bought a second one because it fits me well. It's not adjustable. The pads are pretty basic. The material is soft but I hope it holds up well over time.

The bra itself is nice and comfortable. The pads came very wrinkled and make my chest look strange so I had to take them out.

Runs very small. I’m 5’5, 116 lbs, I had to return an S, as it was too tight, and order a Medium size which fits better.
