Request access to your personal data
You have the right to request the personal data we hold on you at any time. You’ll receive a copy of your information to keep, and a machine-readable version you can transfer to other services.
Your right to access personal data
A standard package with your personal data will be automatically generated. Depending on your involvement with H&M and what personal data you have provided us, the package will contain data from one or more of the following categories:
• Account details
• Account activity change log
• Membership information
• Online order-related information
• Store purchases linked to membership
• Online product reviews
• Customer Service cases
We will send this standard package to you as a password-protected ZIP file to the registered email address on your account. How you access your data will be sent in a separate email.
The following data categories are less commonly processed. If any of these categories are applicable to you as a customer, you may send your specific request to dataprotection.us@hm.com and an additional package will be provided for you manually:
• hm.com search history
• H&M credit payment history
• Social media competition history
• e-Gift card purchase & usage history
• Phone/email log with Customer Service
Compiling the information for delivery can take up to 30 days.
