Washed Linen Pillowcase

Gets softer with each wash which is the norm for linen bedding. This color grew on me. It seems slightly thicker and less transparent than the white pillowcase from the same line of linen pillowcases and duvet sets. It is a very muted pink-beige color. I wasn’t a fan until the second or third wash. Looking at the linen in person while it was still in the original packaging, this color just bothered me in comparison to my usual white bedding. I intended to use this as a fresh coordinated of non-white paired with the white linens, but it only seemed appealing once the “light beige” linen items were sufficiently broken in.

These are great. About 9 or 10 years ago I purchased the duvet cover with matching shams in the washed linen. Since they were so reasonably priced I didn't anticipate what nice quality they are. Just now - one of my shams started to show wear and so I am replacing them. The duvet cover is still going strong and still looks great. It washed and dries like a dream. Great value for the price. Some have mentioned that they don't have the corner ties to secure the duvet, but honestly in ten years my down comforter has never shifted - so it's a non issue as far as I am concerned.

Color in stock photo on my iPhone appeared to be a muted slightly orange undertone or rusty-beige. Would have so loved a muted subtle version of the rust/pumpkin color trending. In this case, the items are of decent quality considering the value and material, like all linen, they will continue to soften up some with each laundering, however, the color I received is definitely a basic brown khaki/brown beige. Since I got them already, decided to update the pet bed covers with these and keep an eye out for that muted trending color I had anticipated to appear — in person.

I love these linen pillowcases... they're 100% cotton & very well made. They feel great.. like, an expensive linen would. The texture is amazing. I really like the envelope end which tucks your pillow in. I find if use fabric softener & wash on delicate them put them in the dryer they're softer and less wrinkled. I don't use softener, i air dry mine. I find this way they look more wrinkled, like linen, still soft, yet crisp. They fit bigger pillows well.

H&M linen is my favorite. It holds up well, is cool in the Summer and cozy in the Winter. (Tip: Never use bleach on your linen sheets, it will ruin them! Pull them out of the dryer while they are still damp and shape to dry.) I purchased these to coordinate with my rag tag crew of mismatched fitted and flat sheets. More colors, please!

Love this very organic looking especially if your a fan of minimal and muted tones. Although, I didn’t realize it just come in one pillow case I thought it was a pair when it arrive! Definitely need to get one more!!! Love it!!! Would recommend buying a set and duvet cover to go with it!

Love all of this linen bedding line - all the washed linen products are feather soft and feel great. Wish they would sell the pillow cases in sets. Also wish there were more colours. The price has jumped around, miss the original price that was less expensive.

Bought a couple of them to use as traditional pillowcases but the material was thin for me in person. Decided to use the ones I received as fabric dust covers when storing items in my wardrobe with a little extra dust protection.

Ugggh I can’t get enough of these linen covers the white linen is so crisp and airy. After a few wash its nice soft with a few wrinkles . I could nap all day , if i could on these.

Satisfied with the purchase. A little scratchier than I hoped, but I think it will soften up over time. Looks like quality linen, but does not have the feel of quality linen.
