I think this was a quality piece of clothing, although it was enormous. I usually wear a small, and two of me could have fit in this coat. The hood was also very large and came down too far. While one could tighten the hood in the back, it made the front of the hood look very odd...kind of like a nun's habit and the back looked a bit strange as well. It certainly felt like the fabric would have been water repellent, and because of its size, layering underneath would be possible. It was just much to large for me and I returned it.
